Get Involved and Make a Difference!

Bearden High School is supported by a strong network of parent and community organizations dedicated to supporting teachers and students by raising funds to strengthen academics, athletics, and the arts.

Parent - Teacher - Student Organization (PTSO)

Even though our students are growing up and becoming more independent, there are still opportunities for families to be involved at school. The PTSO helps to organize volunteers for many of the school’s needs, as well as offering financial assistance to teachers and faculty for classroom needs throughout the year. Follow on Facebook and Instagram to learn more.

Here are just a few of the ways the PTSO is involved at BHS:

Dawg Days * Open House (Fall and Winter) * Teacher Appreciation Snacks and Lunches * Wednesday Weekly newsletter * Library volunteers * West Mall volunteers * College Night * Mini-Grants * Student of the Week * Bearden’s Best * Prom * Senior Events including Baccalaureate, Luncheon, and Grad Night

When you purchase a membership PTSO, your money stays at Bearden and goes to help fund these programs. The PTSO can’t do our job without your membership and involvement!

To join PTSO, select your membership in Givebacks. We appreciate your support!
